OUR OBJECTIVE 

Our first priority is to clearly identify our client’s requirements, issues and needs in order to determine the appropriate solutions and scope of work to be performed in an assignment. Our appraisal and consultation services involve solving problems in an unbiased, impartial and objective manner.  The depth and format of the appraisal and consultation reports that we generate continue to demonstrate excellent competency and credibility. 

Although many other terms used are based on former acceptable lexicon and practices, we subscribe to identifying the report type and format as currently defined in USPAP and the specificity of the report product.
 

We offer many expert services and recognize that the needs of each client differ.  We listen, consult, suggest, respond and tailor our skills and expertise in order to meet those needs. 

We are not available for residential appraisal assignments.
